A few of the questions we are asked most often by clients looking to build, refine or roll out a more distinctive brand.

THE TUSHAE DIFFERENCE

We primarily work with hospitality, lifestyle and property businesses, particularly those at launch, pre-opening, rebrand or repositioning stage. This often includes restaurants, bars, clubs, hotels, lifestyle precincts and property-related projects where brand, experience and perception play an important role.

That is absolutely okay. While those sectors are a strong focus for us, we work with businesses across a range of industries when the project feels aligned. What matters most is that you value strategic thinking, distinctive creative and a considered brand experience. If the fit is right, we are always open to the conversation.

Our core offers include brand strategy, branding, website design and development, and brand rollout across collateral and touchpoints. We also support clients with naming, marketing strategy, content planning, social media strategy and ongoing creative rollout where needed.

Not at all. We work with both new and existing businesses. Some clients come to us at concept or pre-opening stage, while others are established brands looking to rebrand, reposition, refine their presence or create a more cohesive experience across every touchpoint.

Yes, and this is often where we do our best work. Getting involved early allows us to help shape the brand from the outset, rather than retrofitting it later. We regularly partner with interior designers, architects and project teams during the pre-development phase, so the brand, space and experience feel aligned from day one.

Everything we create is strategy-led, distinctive and connected to the bigger brand experience. We do not believe in generic outputs or disconnected touchpoints. Our role is to help shape a brand that not only looks strong, but feels aligned, commercially grounded and memorable wherever it shows up.

We can do both. Some clients engage us for a specific stage of the process, while others partner with us from strategy through to branding, website design and ongoing rollout. As a full-service studio, we can help create a more cohesive outcome across the full brand experience.

Websites are a core part of what we do. We design and develop distinctive, brand-led websites that feel aligned with the wider brand and built to support the user experience. For many clients, this is an important part of ensuring the digital presence feels just as considered as the brand itself.

For many of our clients, this is the long-term shape of the relationship. For hospitality, lifestyle and property clients in particular, we provide ongoing support across brand collateral, campaign assets, venue touchpoints and evolving marketing materials. This can be scoped as one-off rollout work or through an ongoing partner model, depending on your needs.

INVESTMENT & ENGAGEMENT

We offer engagement options as a helpful starting point, but every project is tailored to suit the needs, scale and ambition of the business. Final scope and pricing are confirmed based on the specific requirements of each project.

Our pricing is project-based and shaped around the scope, complexity and level of strategic and creative support required. We do not price based on hourly rates, as this can end up costing more for our clients due to our comprehensive level of involvement. Instead, our fees reflect the experience, strategic insight and value brought to the project.

That is completely fine. A strategic workshop can be a valuable place to start. It gives you the chance to step back, clarify the opportunity and gain direction before committing to a larger scope. For some clients, that early strategic clarity becomes the foundation for a future brand, website or rollout project when the timing is right.

THE TUSHAE PROCESS

Our process is collaborative, thoughtful and highly considered. We take the time to understand the business, uncover what makes it distinctive, and shape a solution that feels both creatively strong and commercially aligned. We see ourselves as a partner in the process, not just a service provider.

Sydney is home, but the work travels. We work with clients globally and can collaborate remotely or in person depending on the project and location.

The best place to start is by reaching out via our Get Started page. From there, we can learn more about your business, what you are looking to achieve, and whether the project feels like the right fit for both sides.
